Tailor made air cooling units are designed and supplied by us considering energy saving in fan motor as well as compressor motor power. No. of rows deep and fin spacing are designed considering pressure drop & bypass factor of air as well as considering frosting problem for subzero temperature applications. Fans are selected for providing maximum efficiency at particular static pressure requirements. Material of construction and thickness for tubes, fins and casing are selected considering longer life of the equipment and protection from corrosion in humid atmosphere. MOC of tubes & fins are SS, hot dip galvanized carbon steel or aluminium. MOC of casings are SS or powder coated / hot dip galvanized carbon steel. Horizontal / vertical surge drums for individual air cooling units or common low pressure receiver with ammonia liquid pump (liquid overfeed system) can be designed and supplied as per the requirements.
