The evaporative condenses are most energy efficient condensers in comparison with Shell & Tube type or PHE type condensers. 15 to 20% of the energy can be saved because of approx 75% power saving in condenser pumps and 10 to 15% power saving in compressor motor by maintaining lower condensing temperature. We have solved the problems with evaporative condensers such as cleaning of tubes by providing enough space between tubes. The corrosion problem of tubes and casing is solved by providing SS tubes and SS or FRP casing.
